Job Description:
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of their systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software and hardware issues.
- Resolve network issues, configure operating systems, and use remote desktop connections to provide immediate support.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
- Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
- Maintain and update technical support documentation.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Information Technology or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in technical support or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).
- Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
