Technical Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of their systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software and hardware issues.
  • Resolve network issues, configure operating systems, and use remote desktop connections to provide immediate support.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
  • Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
  • Maintain and update technical support documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).
  • Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
