Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain top talent for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the company.
  • Manage the recruitment team and provide guidance and training as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Proven experience in managing a recruitment team.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
