Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or related field.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
- Additional language skills.
- Experience in a call center environment.
