Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Instructional Designer. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement educational programs and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop instructional materials and courses for various delivery methods, including online, blended, and in-person.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and objectives.
- Create engaging and effective learning activities and course content.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and analytics.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in instructional design and educational technology.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in instructional design or e-learning development.
- Proficiency with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, or similar.
- Strong understanding of instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, etc.).
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Instructional Design or related field.
- Experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard).
- Graphic design skills.
