Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of account management or related experience.

  • Experience with CRM software.
